Adam Schorr is a corporate and transactional attorney who assists clients wishing to start a business or invest in an existing business in California. Services include corporation and limited liability company (LLC) formation and organization; drafting of various contracts, such as shareholder agreements, employment agreements, licensing agreements, manufacture, supply and distribution agreements, and services agreements; joint ventures; investment target due diligence; mergers and acquisitions (M&A); private placements; and private company share issuances. Adam also assists non-US clients with the ongoing legal needs of their US subsidiaries.

Adam is based in Los Angeles, his hometown.  Adam received his Ph.D. in Chinese history from UCLA and his J.D. from UCLA Law School.  He practiced law for over 20 years at several law firms, including three years heading the Shanghai office of a major US law firm.  Adam returned to LA from Shanghai in 2017 and opened the Law Office of Adam Schorr.  Adam speaks, reads and writes Mandarin.
