First Party – Cyber Privacy, Network & Security Liability coverage to lessen the financial impact on the company; covers data breaches and cyber-attacks at the company’s own business and malicious attacks from within the company Third Party – Computer Fraud, Funds Transfer Fraud, Network Extortion, covers legal expenses for businesses that are responsible for clients online security or one that experiences a data breach.
Employment Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI) is coverage is for Wrongful Termination, Sexual Harassment, etc.
Hired Non-Owned Auto Coverage is when a company has this coverage it covers rental vehicles for Liability coverage and some Physical damage but does not cover loss of use or diminished value when you get into an accident.
Extended Non Owned Auto Coverage provides coverage when an employee is using their personal car for company business and they get into an accident and their insurance which is primary gets exhausted then the Hired Non-Owned Auto kicks in over and above their personal insurance. Should the Hired Non-Owned Coverage get exhausted then the Excess/Umbrella would come into play if they have excess coverage.
